1.Reconfirm again and re-send the correct dashcam casing to the customer.

2.Since thecasings ot individual models vary from diferent countries if after re-confirm we do not have a suitable casing. we will aive the customer a fulrefund. Our after-sales service is quaranteed, free of concern to shop on Mercylion shop.

② Please check if all three wires are properly connected when the fuse box is powered on. For the 3-prong connector of the power cordoutput, measure whether the two red and yellow wires have power.

We have two types of fuse box hardwiring kits. One is equipped with an Acc converter, which only has constant power connector andgrounding connector; Another type is without a converter, with three connectors: constant power, Acc, and ground wire.
