30 days for return from the date of order delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Our return policy does not cover orders already shipped and in transit (i.e., packages dispatched by our warehouse and en route via the selected carrier).

1. For quality-related returns, we will refund the freight and product cost.
2. For non-quality-related returns,MERCYLION will refund the cost of the product itself, but will not refund the shipping cost. For items return not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us, partial refunds may be granted;

1.If the return is due to a product quality issue,send us the matters pictures and videos, we will cover the return shipping costs after our technical team verification.
2.Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship. For no reason returns, you are responsible for paying the return shipping and the tariffs on imports into China, which are non-refundable.Please note that any previously paid shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once we confirm the details of your order return and approve your return request via email communication with Mercylion Customer Service, we will provide you with the official return address.
Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels. Kindly ship the package via your local postal service. The customer covers the shipping fee for non-quality returns; for quality-related issues, Mercylion will reimburse you via transfer. After obtaining the tracking number and tracking link, please send them to our customer service team promptly. We will then generate your exclusive RMA number and notify you of this via a separate email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
1. Double-check your bank account and ensure it matches the account used for the purchase.
2. Contact your credit or debit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Clearance items are not refundable.
