Order Tracking Information
As soon as you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from the email@example.com. If you do not receive this e-mail within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folders and then contact us if you still can't find the e-mail.
As soon as your order has been packaged up for shipment, you will receive an additional e-mail which will contain your carrier information and tracking number. Please note tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the carriers websites once the shipment has been created by our system.
Exemption of Responsibility
We do not take responsibility for items lost after their delivery based on customer’s delivery requests (e.g. in case of a request to leave a package at a location specified by the customer, we will not take responsibility for subsequent degradation, loss or theft).
The warranty period of this product is one year.
Customers can enjoy the three guarantees service with the valid invoice or receipt of the purchased product and the warranty card.
The product can be returned/exchanged within 7 days for non-artificial product quality problems from the time the product is sold;
Exchange or repair can be processed within 15 days;
Warranty can be carried out within one year. If the product has quality problems and needs to be repaired, please send this warranty card together with the purchased product to our company for after-sales repair.
1: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, and undamaged.
2: The product needs to be returned with the attached accessories and gifts as well as the original receipt, and warranty card.
3: The product must be returned in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Fee:
1: For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for the freight.
2. If it is a quality problem(determined by the technical after-sales staff of the company), Mercylion will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
1: For non-quality-related returns, Mercylion will refund the cost of the product itself, but will not refund the shipping cost.
2. For quality-related returns, we will refund the shipping cost and product cost.
3. For purchases not made directly through Fitcamx's online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.
Return & Refund Processing Time:
1: After receiving your return email request, we generally process your return request within 1-2 working days. In case of holidays, it will be postponed appropriately. If your return request meets the requirements, we will provide the warehouse address for you to return the goods.
2: When your return is complete, please provide your tracking number and carrier to us, we recommend you choose the carrier with tracking information. Then we generally return the product to your original payment account within 1-2 working days after receiving the product. In case of holidays, it will be postponed appropriately.
3: If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected.
If one of the following is true, you are eligible to replace the product within 15 natural days from the date of receipt of the product:
1. The product was damaged during transportation, and you have the damaged certificate provided by the carrier or transporter;

Exchange Shipping Fee:
1: If your order is eligible for exchange, Mercylion will be responsible for the exchange shipping fee.
2: If your exchange request is not approved, and you still need to exchange the goods, you must be responsible for the exchange shipping fee and another additional cost during the shipping. Returns need to be sent to our warehouse.

Exchange Processing Time:
1: After receiving your request, if you meet our exchange requirements, we will exchange the goods for you within 1-2 working days and give you a tracking number after shipping.
During the 12 months warranty period, faults arising from normal use in accordance with the instruction manual (determined by the official staff of the company) will be repaired free of charge.
Mercylion warranty any non-human damage within 12 months after the date of purchase, the following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
More than 12 months guarantee periods
Not able to provide this guarantee and valid proof of purchase
Failure and damage caused by misuse and improper repair by yourself or a non-authorized third party by Mercylion
Failure or damage caused by transportation, moving, or falling after purchase
Failure and damage caused by other unavoidable external factors
Damage caused by water or other falling liquid caused by improper use
Damage caused by using a power supply other than the specified voltage or voltage

Product appearance and accessories are not covered by the warranty

If the damage is being over the warranty time or due to the human being, the customer will be advised of the findings and asked what action is to be taken. If Mercylion is requested to repair the product, a repair charge estimate will be prepared and the customer’s written permission (purchase order, repair, etc.) will be necessary to proceed with the repair of the product and & or component part. The labor cost for maintenance is free, but the shipping cost or another additional cost during the shipping for such returns as well as the replacement parts fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
