Warranty Period

MERCYLION warranty any non-human damage within 12 months after the date of purchase.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Warranty Coverage

When the warranty is in effect, if the product is determined to have defects stemming from its original materials or manufacturing workmanship, MERCYLION may choose to replace it with the same or a similar product or Components at no cost to you. Please note that replaced products and parts will become MERCYLION’s property and will not be sent back. Any service needed after the warranty ends will require you to cover all labor and parts expenses. Additionally, the warranty will be terminated immediately if you sell or transfer the product to someone else.

Not Covered under Warranty

• More than 12 months guarantee periods
• Not able to provide this guarantee and valid proof of purchase
• Failure and damage caused by misuse and improper repair by yourself or a non-authorized third party by Mercylion
• Failure or damage caused by transportation, moving, or falling after purchase
• Failure and damage caused by other unavoidable external factors
• Damage caused by water or other falling liquid caused by improper use
• Damage caused by using a power supply other than the specified voltage or voltage
• Lost or stolen products
• Free products
• Repairs through 3rd parties
• Damage caused by force majeure
• Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
• Product appearance and accessories are not covered by the warranty

Repair Service

Please report any problems you are having to us via email info@mercylion.com from the product purchasing email address. Please do not ship items back prior before contacting us and receiving a return authorization.
