2. We also accept to confirm the correct dashcam model for you before you order, just send us the vehicle model, year, and rear-view mirror casing pictures via info@mercylion.com, and we will send you the correct URL to order.
3. For all integrated dashcam models, 2 types of power cords are both provided by default in the package.Y shape Plug and play cable and OBD cable. You can choose one according to your preference.

A: Contact Mercy Lion's customer services, after we checked it is indeed true that after the customer provided the correct car model, modelyear,and pictures ot the car rearvew mirror housing from diterent angles, the dashcam housing we sent to the customer is stil not suitableor instalation. Our handing method is as folows.
1.Reconfirm again and re-send the correct dashcam casing to the customer.
2.Since thecasings ot individual models vary from diferent countries if after re-confirm we do not have a suitable casing. we will aive the customer a fulrefund. Our after-sales service is quaranteed, free of concern to shop on Mercylion shop.
① Plug-and-play, please check if the plug is correctly located.
② Please check if all three wires are properly connected when the fuse box is powered on. For the 3-prong connector of the power cordoutput, measure whether the two red and yellow wires have power.
Make sure the black ground wire is in good contact and is not insulated when the car is painted.lfit stll cannot boot normally, pleasecontact online customer service immediately.
We have two types of fuse box hardwiring kits. One is equipped with an Acc converter, which only has constant power connector andgrounding connector; Another type is without a converter, with three connectors: constant power, Acc, and ground wire. As the hardwiringcable is a backup power line in the package, we will send it randomly. Please refer to the actual received goods.
A:The WiFi can only be connected when car engine is started and dash cam is working. lf can't,send the screenshots of WiFi & App page

A: Under normal circumstances, the standard dashcam wil stop working after the vehicle is turned off. But there are also a small number of dash cams that continue to work when the car is stopped.lfyou choose a recorder with a parking mode function, it means that it can provide24-hour monitoring and better protection of the vehicle. This mainly depends on which wire ofthe vehicle is connected to the car camerasystem. Some cars come with a car recorder connected to normal electricity, in this case, it wilnot automatically turn off and can achieve 24hours of video. But if the Acc is connected, it will automaticaly shut down, and the power will be cut off.

I also got the fuse box kit to set up the parking mode function which has been enjoyable! There is also a timelapse function in parking mode (car is off) which is very nice to have as well! There is a low-voltage protection function when in parking mode so your battery doesn't run out over time. The other thing I really appreciated about purchasing from Mercylion is their superb customer support! "They manage to make my old 2009 Mercedes feels like it was one of the latest production with this integrated dashcam. No wire, No visible cam, it's quite a perfection with OEM style!! I only put 4 stars and not 5 because of the rear camera. As the front one is fully OEM style integrated, the rear one appears too big, too visible and not compatible with a discrete integration (in my opinion). But if you need a valuable dashcam, go ahead, it's the one. Even parking mode workfs properly."
