        Q02:🔌 Are your dash cams plug-and-play?
        Most Mercylion OEM dash cams are designed for plug-and-play installation using the factory rain sensor or OEM connector.No wire cutting or vehicle modification is required for compatible models. If your car don't support OEM connector get power,please use our backup OBD plug-and-play cable.If you are not sure,feel free to contact us with your car model and year before you purchase.
        Q03:📹 Do your dash cams support front and rear recording?
        We offer both front-only and front + rear versions. Please check the product description and select your wanted packages before purchasing.

        ⚠️ Please note that if you choose the front-only model now, you won't be able to add a rear camera later because the hardware is different (different PCB design).
        Q04:🛰️Does the Mercylion dash cam support GPS tracking?
        Yes, but it it is not included in the default packages,it is need to select the GPS Tracker Device(+ $15.00 USD) checkbox in the product description to buy the external GPS extra.

        The GPS module records your vehicle's location, driving speed, and route information along with the video footage, providing more complete driving evidence when needed.

        ⚠️ Please Note:
        The external GPS module is integrated with the vehicle-specific Mercylion dash cam system and is not designed for customer installation or later upgrades. It cannot be added or installed separately after purchase. If you need GPS functionality, please select the GPS option when placing your order.
        Q05:📱Can I connect the dash cam to my phone?
        Yes. Mercylion support Wi-Fi connectivity through the Mercylion App, allowing you to preview, download, and manage recordings from your smartphone.
        Q06:⚡Does Parking Mode require additional wiring?
        Yes. Parking Mode requires a continuous power source through either an OBD power cable(include in the default pakage) or a fuse box hardwire kit. It will not work from the factory rain sensor or OEM connector for most of cars.
        Q07:🛡️What warranty do you provide for your dash cams?
        All Mercylion dash cams come with a 12-month warranty. If your product has any quality issues during the warranty period, our customer support team will provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, or a replacement unit when applicable.
        Q08💬:Do you provide technical support after purchase?
        Yes. Our technical support team is available to help with installation, wiring, app connection, firmware updates, and troubleshooting. Please contact us with your vehicle model, dash cam model, and any related photos or videos so we can provide accurate assistance.

        If you experience any issues during installation, please contact our support team before modifying the wiring or returning the product. We can provide installation guidance and help confirm the correct connection method for your vehicle.
