3. Pour tous les modèles de dashcam intégrée, 2 types de câbles d'alimentation sont fournis par défaut dans le paquet : un câble « plug and play » et un câble d'alimentation OBD. Vous pouvez choisir celui qui vous convient le mieux.
4. Alimentation sans câblage complexe (connexion par câble « plug and play »). Certains modèles de voiture ne prennent pas en charge la surveillance du stationnement. Si vous avez besoin de cette fonction, veuillez utiliser le câble d'alimentation à brancher sur la boîte à fusibles.
Peut résister à des températures extrêmes allant de -20℃ à 65℃. Cela permet d'éviter les risques de surchauffe et d'assurer la longévité ainsi que la fiabilité de la dashcam.

Q : Que dois-je faire si le boîtier de la dashcam ne convient pas à ma voiture après réception et installation ?
R : Contactez le service client de Mercy Lion. Si, après vérification, il s'avère que le boîtier de dashcam envoyé au client ne convient toujours pas à l'installation, alors que le client avait fourni le bon modèle de voiture, l'année du modèle et des photos du boîtier du rétroviseur sous différents angles, notre méthode de traitement est la suivante :
1. Confirmer à nouveau et renvoyer le boîtier de dashcam correct au client.
2. Comme les boîtiers de certains modèles varient selon les pays, si après confirmation nous n'avons pas de boîtier adapté, nous procéderons à un remboursement complet du client.
