International Shipping

Mercylion Dashcams is shipping worldwide covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia (Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, etc), Africa, Oceania and more.
We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely.
International orders are shipped from our China warehouse.

 

Shipping Cost

All orders are free shipping over $99.

Note: If your order address is in a remote area, the additional  remote fee will be extra added. 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are paid by the buyer side. Please kindly check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

 

Processing Time:

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

A standard processing time within 48 hours is required before the order is shipped out.

In most cases we will arrange shipment at the time of we receive your order. If the item you ordered happens to be out of stock, we will notify you immediately and do our best to accommodate your needs.

Order Tracking Information

As soon as you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from the sales5@mercylion.com. If you do not receive this e-mail within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folders and then contact us if you still can't find the e-mail.

As soon as your order has been packaged up for shipment, you will receive an additional e-mail which will contain your carrier information and tracking number. Please note tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the carriers websites once the shipment has been created by our system.

 

Exemption of Responsibility

We do not take responsibility for items lost after their delivery based on customer’s delivery requests (e.g. in case of a request to leave a package at a location specified by the customer, we will not take responsibility for subsequent degradation, loss or theft).

If the wrong information is provided (address, phone, email) and results in your shipment being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the 2nd shipment.
